So we stopped keto after a week, and are happier for it

Ok, so we tried keto for a week and decided that it wasn't for us. We then realized that we had the formula figured out for us a few years ago when we went grain free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and mostly plant based. Why we have tried so many other diet plans since then, I'm not sure. Maybe we thought it would be better, or easier. I honestly have no idea why we didn't just go back to what worked for us back then. But that is the plan now. It worked, we felt great, looked great, and were happy with what we were eating.
I said all of that to say this: figure out what works for you and do it. Don't worry about what others are doing or what the latest fad is, do you and be happy.
