The Move the Needle Summit will run from Apr 9 - Apr 11, 2024. Presentations will include 15-20 minutes of content (with up to a 2-minute freebie pitch).
Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. If you notice several attendees asking questions about your presentation, you’re welcome to go live in the Facebook group to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA. As a speaker you will be required to promote the summit one time on social media and one time to your email list (this does not have to be a dedicated email). But keep in mind that the more you promote, the more affiliate commissions you are likely to earn.
During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the All-Access Pass upgrade options. There are 2 upgrade options. The Extended Access Pass includes Day One access to ALL presentations + lifetime access to the recordings of the presentations + private podcast. The VIP All-Access Pass includes everything in the Extended Access Pass, plus special bonuses from the speakers, co-working sessions during the week of the summit, and an implementation week after the summit. These upgrades will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!
So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s go over it!
1. BASIC INFORMATION
The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our Registration page and Speakers page.
Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.
2. PRESENTATION
Next up is your presentation! This is a 15-20 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.
Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you asap.
With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:
- Slides
- No slides (just your beautiful face)
- A mixture of the two
*My goal is to make this summit as accessible as I can, so I am asking that all presentations include closed captions. I will also be providing transcripts in both the Extended Access Pass and the VIP All-Access Pass. Once I have the transcripts ready, I will send to you for review. Or you can send your transcript with your presentation if you have one.
No matter which format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.
Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:
- A quick introduction
- An overview of your topic
- Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
- Teaching section
- Specific action steps (with the goal of making it super easy to start taking action now or simplifying their existing process)
- Up to a 2-minute freebie pitch

3. VIP ALL-ACCESS PASS CONTRIBUTION
The VIP All-Access Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:
- Templates
- Workbooks
- Courses (big or small)
- 1-month memberships (ie. free trial)
- eBooks
Note: I am hoping that this will convert well, so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.
It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
Anyone who does contribute a premium resource will get a 60% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 50%. It’s also an opportunity to collect potentially hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.
We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off for the VIP All-Access Pass Offers.
Information for these resources is due on Mar 14, 2024. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.
Pass holders will be able to start claiming your bonus on Day 1 of the summit, Apr 9, 2024. All bonuses must be redeemable for a minimum of 30 days after the cart closes on Apr 15, 2024 at 11:59PM EST. Meaning your bonus must be redeemable through May 15, 2024 at 11:59PM EST. (I would add an extra day or two to account for any issues experienced by last minute sign-ups, or confusion due to time zones)
4. BONUS GIVEAWAY CONTRIBUTION
A summit is nothing without amazing speakers (like you) so, as a way to highlight you in the summit FB group and also help increase engagement in the summit FB group during summit week, I will have several opportunities for summit attendees to win. I am creating a list of bonus giveaway items, but I would love to add additional opportunities for attendees to win prizes from our speakers, if you'd like to contribute. When you submit your speaker info and presentation materials, you will have the option to add a giveaway item.
There will only be one winner for each giveaway item. And the giveaway will be for those who are the most engaged in the group- BINGO winners, engaging with posts, and sharing takeaways.
Each day I will share what the giveaway items are and who contributed them.
Unlike the VIP All-Access Pass contribution, only one person will win each of these bonus items so you can submit 1:1 offers. This can include coaching calls, strategy calls, copy reviews, access to memberships or coaching programs, gift cards to purchase your products, etc.
5. PROMOTION
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is required to share once on social media and once to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on Mar 26, 2024. You are not required to send a dedicated email about the summit, but I do ask that you mention it in at least one of your emails to your subscribers. Of course, the more you promote, the higher your chances are of increasing your affiliate commissions.
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can signup for on Mar 12, 2024- don't worry an email will be sent out) so you can get in on the 50% commission that will come from any Extended Access or VIP All-Access Pass sales (60% if you've contributed a premium bonus).

6. EVENT PARTICIPATION
And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!
All I ask is that you engage in the Facebook Group and interact with attendees to help them stay motivated and excited throughout the summit.
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the Extended Access and the VIP All-Access Pass where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by Apr 30, 2024 for pay-in-full purchases, and 14 days after each payment is made for payment plans.
The commission structure is as follows:
50% for all speakers
60% for all speakers who include a premium bonus in the VIP All-Access Pass.
The pricing structure will be:

$27 for 15 minutes after initial registration
$47 after initial registration thru Apr 8, 2024 (the day before the summit)
$67 from Apr 9, 2024 (2-pay option at $33.50 x2)
VIP All-Access Pass
$97 for 15 minutes after initial registration (2-pay option at $48.50 x2)
$147 after initial registration thru Apr 8, 2024 (the day before the summit) (3-pay option at $49 x3)
$197 from Apr 9, 2024 (3-pay option at $65.67 x3)
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault will include things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
Just remember to use your affiliate link when promoting, which you can sign up for on Mar 12, 2024.
As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to clearly disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
After the summit, I will be promoting my low-ticket membership, the Get It Done Club. As an affiliate, you will also earn recurring commission for anyone who joins the membership using your link.
