In this presentation, my whole heart is to equip business owners to structure and plan their course content to produce high level results for their customers / clients. I use concepts from educational design to walk them through writing clear and specific transformation statements followed by how to use that outcome statement as the foundation of the content itself. I also teach on backwards design as the best method for structuring the course and training content.
