I shared 4 things a small business owner should be working on (year-round) to impact their launching (future launches)!

1st things first: it's important to reshift the way you look at launching and remember that you need to market and promote your business year-round

2nd: the 3 things I recommend always working on (with bonus added tip)
1- Social Proof (because you can infuse it into different areas of your business that will impact your launches)
2- Content Creation (to impact your pre-launch runway and it will help answer any client objections)
3- SEO foundations (to bring in people in an organic way) 
*Bonus tip: always work on growing your email list because it impacts your launches!

ACTION STEPS

  1. Develop a SYSTEM for collecting client testimonials and gathering client transformation stories (and then have a plan of action for how to repurpose it) 
  2. Develop a SYSTEM and A WORKFLOW for how they will show up during their pre-launch period. But before they launch, what type of content do they want to create on a scheduled cadence? Once they have a content cadence down, I would encourage them to dip their toes into a six-week pre-launch period. But it's essential to stick to a cadence. 
  3. Develop a plan of action from the get-go of owning a business in constantly optimizing their website for SEO purposes (they don't have to hire out an agency to do this early on; they can do this in a DIY way early on)  
  4. Develop a plan of action for what list building activities they are going to do year round to always be focusing in on email list growth (because list growth impacts launches)
