The Beyond Corporate Burnout Summit is designed for high-achieving corporate and professional women who are feeling exhausted, overextended, or disconnected from themselves. You’ll learn practical strategies for recovering from burnout, regulating your nervous system, setting healthier boundaries, navigating midlife transitions, and redefining success in a way that feels sustainable.


Instead of pushing productivity, this summit helps you understand what’s driving your exhaustion and gives you tools you can apply in real life.


How do I know whether this summit is right for me?


If you’re still performing at a high level but quietly feeling tired, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself, this summit is likely a strong fit.


It’s especially aligned if you’re carrying a lot at work and at home, navigating identity or midlife shifts, and wanting success that doesn’t cost you your health or peace. If you’ve been thinking, “Something has to change,” this space was created for you.


When is this thing happening?

The summit runs from Mar 17 - 19, 2026. You’ll also be able to join our private Facebook community as soon as you register, so you can join in on the fun right away! 


What if I’m not able to attend live?

All of the presentations for the summit are pre-recorded, and are available for 24 hours with your free ticket. I would love for you to set aside some time during the summit week to watch the pre-recorded presentations. They will be released each morning, and remain available to watch until the following morning. However, you do have the option to purchase the All-Access Pass which not only gives you lifetime access to ALL of the presentations on Day 1, plus you will also have access to a podcast feed of all of the presentations and can listen to them on the go (my favorite way to attend a summit).


How long will I have access to the presentations?

Your free ticket includes 24-hour access to each of the presentations. If you need more time, you can always upgrade your ticket to the All-Access Pass after registering, which will give you ongoing access to the presentations along with premium bonuses from our speakers and more!  


Are the presentations live?

To avoid tech glitches, give you the best possible experience, and keep things easy for the speakers, the presentations are pre-recorded and will be released at a scheduled time during the summit. However, the speakers will be hanging out in our private Facebook group with dedicated threads where you can connect with them and ask your questions!


Will all the speakers get my email address?

No. When you register, you’ll be added to The Goal Success Coach email list so I can send you updates for the event and links to each day’s presentations. After the summit is over, you’ll continue to hear from me, but you can unsubscribe at any time. 


Each of the speakers will have free resources available that you can access by providing an email address, but the speakers will not get your email address unless you choose to give it to them specifically. That way, you only hear from the people you really love and don't have to worry about getting added to email lists that you're not interested in.

Are your videos captioned or transcribed? 

Yes. All presentations have closed captioning, and transcripts are also available for each presentation with our upgrade options that you’ll see after registering for the event.
